Because I promised to post all of this here.

A/N: All kinds of quotes and paraphrasing from 'Not Fade Away', no copyright infringement intended, Mutant Enemy owns it all. Big fighting, magic, and some random musings in this chapter. Oh, and fighting.

A/N: This story is a bit weird, because it's Spuffy, but they're in different countries. I needed to get the Spuffy in somehow, since Spike and Buffy are currently in different countries, with Buffy’s job (and a prophecy!) keeping them apart. So, a brief interlude in the action, revealing the ‘pressing engagement’ Spike had to leave dinner for.

Chapter Summary: Willow learns about William Spenser, and re-evaluates her position on Spike.  And, a little history of the Watcher's Council thrown in for good measure.

Why yes, thank for noticing.

I feel I've had a very strange week; I've not had the urge to write more than a few words, nor do the housework I'd intended to get out of the way, and somehow all of this has translated into my computer migrating into the living room; so that I can read fic, attempt to write a bit, and watch Angel DVD's all at the same time.

Check out the run-on sentence.

Yeah, so stuff goes on, and for some reason I can't even bring myself to ramble about it.  I've toyed with the idea of starting to write the FAA sequel I have mapped out, if only to get my brain in actual working order, but I fear ending up with 5 chapters of that, and still no Ch 13.  Work is a job, which is about the best that can be said for it.  And I've kept my social plans to a minimum, due to the party last weekend, but I should make more of an effort to go out into the world next week; I think that may be part of the problem.

I completely forgot to post this.

I've been nominated for two awards at the Rogue Poet Awards: http://awards.rogue-poet.com/nominees.html

Go, vote for me.  Heck, vote for other people, too.  Yay!

Phoey...

If that's even how you spell it.

Writing continues to be frustrating and slow, and I've lost my Willow voice again, which happens to me a lot.  Most annoying, as I need her so much for FAA.  I have no idea what it is that makes Willow so hard for me to write, but I have to give massive credit to the show's writers.  They do about a million times better job than I can with Willow-voice.  Of course, they got paid for a reason.

I watched the same 5 minute segment of NFA many, many times on Sunday, got all excited about what I was working on, and then realized that some scenes I had planned are just not possible, based on the handy timeline I generated.  Phoey again.  Double phoey, even.

Well, back to office-related work.

I wish Cordy could have been there to see it; she was always riding our asses to clean the place up, and now all these girls running around with mops and dust rags had the place sparkling.
