Blame [profile] pepperlandgirl4  for this.

1. Open your music library (iTunes, Winamp, Media Player, iPod, etc.).
2. Put it on shuffle and press play.
3. For every question, type the song that's playing. When you go to a new question, go to the next song.
4. Don't lie and try to pretend you're cool.

I think perhaps I have too many BNL songs on my itunes.

That is incorrect: it's impossible to have too many BNL songs, especially for waking up to. Also, I *love* The Search is Over; it's on the "soundtrack" of a novel I wrote the first draft of, years ago.

I get a lot of flack for the Survivor when it plays in rotation, thought I'd just nip that in the bud.

I do lots of soundtracks for stories, I think I've talked about that before on LJ, so there are some very random songs on my iTunes. This list is actually kind of boring. And somehow, although there are about 15 more Beatles songs than BNL songs, none of those came up. Sometimes, randomization is less than random.

Well, I'm not only eclectic in the music I like, I'm also sentimental. And I remember, years ago, hiding my "Barry Manilow Live!" 8-track whenever guests came over.

Poor Beatles, not getting representation. But the fun thing about randomization is that it can seem surprisingly unrandom in its randomness.
