I think avunculize might be pushing it, since avuncular is still in use, having been preserved by Shakespeare and again by Tom Stoppard. Still, very cool list. Now, can you fit them all into one short story? ( c;

My favorrite so far: bumposopher, n: one learned in bumps. I know it has to do with phrenology, but this is so a word I can see people still using in a different context.

guy: "Check out that fine ass. That may be the finest ass I have ever seen."

other guy: "Man, you'se a bumposopher; a philosopher of the bumps!"

b. someone who loves head bumps or head butts
c. someone who loves curves on a woman
d. someone who loves to dance
e. someone who appreciates a female ass above all else?

It's entirely possible that I have been reading too much fan fiction of late: I saw that final word as 'bunnies' rather than funnies.

and immediately my brain said, 'who knew being a phrenologist was so dangerous, what with the eating by plot bunnies?'

*sigh*
