Happy Mom's Day!

willow_25Talked to my Mom early this morning; still haven't sent the gift & card, due to all the issues this week, but I don't really think she cares. Due, of course, in large part to the fact that my brother will be re-entering the country tomorrow night. *Growls at brother for showing up my gift by returning the grandchild.*
I've spent mosst of the past two days writing and puttering around the house. I keep getting calls on my cell phone from machines. It's very annoying, and usually results in me leaving my phone turned off or hiding in another part of the house, and missing a real phone call. So far this weekend I've turned down via lack of response 2 invites to go do fun things. Still, I've gotten a ton of laundry done, which I needed to do.
Now, back to work on FAA. Oh, and I have a ficrec!beer_good_foamy wrote a very short little drabble called Commercial Break. Go read it, then read the two replies in the comments that continue the story. I laughed entirely too hard.
