Sort of a Movie Question

So, I saw yet another blurb about The Expendables today, and it struck me that this would be a perfect vehicle to flip.  That is, it is a mostly one gender, one race cast, and changing the characters to other races & gender(s) could be an interesting exercise.  Which made me think, that as a culture we are somewhat lacking in grizzled, past-their-prime female action stars of any race at all.  I can only think of a few off the top of my head, and most are significantly less grizzled than their male counterparts.  I certainly couldn't come up with enough women to flip the entire cast.  And this is where you come in.  When you (if ever) hear the phrase "Aging female action star", who immediately pops into your head?
