willow_25Yet another entry which is mostly about books. I know you're excited.
I think I've mentioned that I'm trying to read all of the books I've been lugging around for 5 years and not reading. Before I made that decision and stopped buying new books for a while, one of the last books I bought was "To Say Nothing of the Dog" by Connie Willis, which I just read. And loved. And it made me want to go out and buy even more books. So, plan backfiring? Hopefully I can keep a hold on myself.
New Books Since Last Entry:
To Say Nothing of the Dog - Connie Willis
Audrey Hepburn's Neck - Alan Brown
Fear of Flying - Erica Jong
Additional Thoughts: All of these books are good, and I'd recommend them. I have to say, there were a lot of parts of Fear of Flying that made me uncomfortable or annoyed with the narrator, and it took me nearly half of the book to relate to the narrator of Audrey Hepburn's Neck, but I can't fault the writing, and they did make me think.
