I haven't forgotten you all, I swear!

willow_25Since getting back from my big trip to Paris, I have been exhausted and overworked. I apologize for not participating more on LJ, and that I have not posted any vacation pics yet, but I haven't shown them to anyone in RL, either, so that is that.
Bosslady has been out of the office on a medical leave for a month and a half, coming up on two, and it has left me working later nights to get things done. Ironically (or not so much) I have been a lot less stressed out and mentally exhausted, but far more physically tired.
I'm also not done with Holiday shopping or card writing, not even close. Well, I've got seven of the people I shop for fully crossed off the list, but the ones I have not crossed off the list, some of them I have nothing at all for, and no idea what to get. And then, because I am a moron, I made my car payment twice this month by accident, so any more shopping I need to do will have to be at the last minute, after I get paid next. Or, I would have to take the money from savings, which seems like a bad idea, although I may decide it's worth it if I see a good gift idea for someone I am stuck on.
So, cards. If you would like a card, and you a) did not get one last year, or b) got a card last year, but have moved since then, please drop me a line, or comment in the screened comments, and I will send one. I've decided to carry the cards around with me so that I can write a few when I get time at work or on the train, etc. We'll see if I manage to do better that way; doing them when I get home from work wasn't going so well, considering I got home at 11:00 pm or later 3 of 5 days last week.
And I think that's all the news I have. I think my new year's resolution in 2010 (eeek!) will be to write on LJ at least once a week, even if I don't think I have anything to say.
