I know I haven't posted in a while, and personal stuff would probably be more interesting to most of you.  And yet, I am posting about fanfic. 

I was reading a story, and this phrase made me unable to continue:  her soft warm skin caressing his cool soft skin oh so softly.

Umm, yeah.  Someone needs a thesaurus, stat.

Were they laying on soft, cool sheets under the softly wafting breeze of the ceiling fan while soft music played softly on the stereo? LOL

It's a little much, yeah?

I was a little put off by the use of the phrase "It's quiet time now" in the previous paragraph, but I was willing to suspend my disbelief and pretend that was a sexy phrase rather than one used on kindergardeners.

The repitition killed it though.
