willow_25 I am bored, but have no actual focus which would enable me to, say, write. So, you get a meme. Don't you feel special?
1. Father went to college - Yes
2. Father finished college - No
3. Mother went to college - Yes
4. Mother finished college - No
5. Have any relative who is an attorney, physician, or professor - No
6. Were the same or higher class than your high school teachers - Same
7. Had more than 50 books in your childhood home - Yes.
8. Had more than 500 books in your childhood home - Possibly, if I were allowed to combine both of my childhood homes (divorced parents) there would have been more than 500 books. Neither of my parents ever parted with a book that I can remember.
9. Were read children's books by a parent - One of my most vivid memories of childhood is Saturday nights, because they were my Dad's night off from work, and he was home to read my bedtime story. My Mom forgot sometimes (I imagine it was hard to get me settled after Dad left for work), but Dad never forgot to read to me.
10. Had lessons of any kind before you turned 18 - Some through the public schools, some private.
11. Had more than two kinds of lessons before you turned 18 - Yes
12. The people in the media who dress and talk like me are portrayed positively. - Can I declare this question invalid? I have my step-mother's accent somehow, which means I have a completely unidentifiable nonexistent accent. And sometimes when I get tired I sound like I'm from Queens. Depending on how you look at it, no one or everyone on the news talks like I do.

17. Went to summer camp. - I did some day camps through the public school, and through community centers, but I never went to sleep-away camp.

27. Participated in an SAT/ACT prep course - Yes. I needed it; my Math was almost half my verbal. No college was gonna take me like that, let alone give financial aid.

30. Flew anywhere on a commercial airline before you turned 16 - Yes. Grandma and Grandpa flew us down to FL to visit a few times when I was a kid. I've seen almost as much of Florida as I have of Connecticut or Maryland, and I never lived in Florida.
